Some Confessions on My Birthday

In honor of my 35th birthday I thought I'd share some confessions with you.  Just little things about me that you may not know.

I will never stop loving songs by Richard Marx.

I sometimes have raging insecurity about my role as a wife & mommy.

I drink far too much coffee.

I cannot stomach anything to do with a loose tooth, seriously, it makes me queasy.

When I'm waiting in the car during piano lessons {which keep in mind are only 1/2 hour} I fall asleep. Every time. I'm talking mouth hanging open, there might be drool involved kind of sleep.

Obviously this isn't me but you get the idea.

I went to the NKOTB reunion concert and it was life changing! {ok, that's a little dramatic but it was completely awesome}

I'm not kidding when I say I think I could live on pizza.

I DO practically live on these, but I'm trying to change that.

It drives me crazy that people don't put their grocery carts back in the proper spot. Some poor kid has to trek all over the parking lot collecting those stray carts.

I hate being the center of attention.

I am a Daddy's girl.

Here he is with my baby girl

I have always wanted to live in a really old farmhouse somewhere far away from California.

I am very impatient and a huge procrastinator {not my better qualities}.

I own not 1, not 2, but 4 pairs of glasses because I can never find them when I need them.

I am  grateful every day that God blessed a broken woman like me with these treasures.

Happy birthday! I love your confessions. I just turned 35 a few weeks ago and did a similar post on my blog for my birthday, too. Great minds think alike :)

happy happy birthday!!!! so glad i know you. and we're internet friends ;)

and i didn't put my cart in the right place just this morning. do you hate that?? i had a screaming 14 month old. so...that justifies things in my head. but i did put it somewhere secure where it wouldn't run into someone's car. is that better ? ;)

Wow, we have a lot in common! I love all your "confessions". I used to make myself sick when I was younger with a loose tooth. I wouldn't eat or talk for fear it would fall out. I don't know how I'm going to make it through my kids losing theirs without scarring them for life :)

Happy Birthday!!!

Long live Richard Marx ;)

Happy Birthday to you!!! On your birthday I hope you enjoy that extra cup of coffee, don't have to pull a loose tooth, listen to Richard Marx ALL day, & eat some yummy pizza with a side of animal crackers. :o)

Enjoy!

oh, you are funny! happy birthday to you!!! you had me at coffee and cart returning...my first job was gathering carts at safeway! but, i will admit that i leave costco carts laying around. it's not my fault. the dummies who designed where the cart return receptacles were placed must have been asleep waiting for his kid to finish up piano lessons, because i will not walk the distance expected of me. it's a cruelty i tell you!

Happy {belated} Birthday! First off, your family is BEAUTIFUL! Second, love that you shared all that, I love feeling like I know my fellow bloggers a little better.
With ya on the grocery cart deal, tho I will admit I hate it when there's no cart gathering thingy in the middle of the parking lot and have to truck it all the way back up to the store {HOME GOODS!}
