36 Hours

On my heart today is simply this...I get 36 hours away with my oldest and dearest friend {don't worry Meri, I'm not calling you old}.
We are headed to Women of Faith and I couldn't be more excited. I'm going to eat whatever I want {while it's still hot}, get a good word form the Lord through some amazing women and laugh until my tummy hurts.
I'm so grateful to have family and friends who will watch after my little ones.
This is huge because did I mention...every year the Women of Faith conference falls on the same weekend as the UCLA football game.
Needless to say there is a lot of planning involved. I can't wait to share the weekend with you all. And because I can't do a post without pictures here are a couple...

Meri and I at the New Kids on the Block concert a few years ago. Hopefully my shiny face isn't blinding you. No time for photoshop tonight. On a side note..who thought I would at some point need to wear glasses to see NKOTB.

A pic from a game 5 years ago. Clearly when I edited the photo I chose to fix all but one of Hubby's red eyes. Again, no time for photoshop.
Have a great weekend friends!

LOL! Love the hubs' one red eye. :0) That's kinda ironic and funny that you needed your glasses at a NKOTB concert. I would have, too though!! We're getting ooooooooooold! lol. But the New Kids aren't exactly "kids" anymore themselves.

Have a fabulous time at Women of Faith. I have heard so many good things about those conferences!
