An Exciting Evening

Let me start by informing you that I am a political junkie and a total nerd.  And my oldest son is convinced he is going to be President when he grows up. Don't believe me? You can read about that here.

So you can imagine our excitement when Hubby told me we got tickets to hear Senator Marco Rubio give a speech at the Reagan Library! Yes, the Reagan Library, or as we call it, "the happiest place on earth". We were given two free tickets through Hubby's company and decided to buy an extra ticket for W. It was an amazing experience. Nancy Reagan was even there. Ok, I could go on and on. See? A total nerd, I told you.

Look how happy he is! So cute!

Here we are with his hero.

Preparing for his future inaugural address.

Ok, this was just fun! When will we ever be able to do this again?!

I just love that W is interested in current events as well as history. It makes for some very interesting conversations. I'm even more thankful we are able to provide him these opportunities. Looking forward to many more.

Good for him!! We love politics in our house, too. People don't realize that when we teach our children about public service, we are preparing the future leaders that will change our country for the better.

Way cool! My husband is a huge political nerd, and I'm trying to be. :) We actually started a group with his parents called the NWA Constitutionalists where we meet and talk about issues. We actually have our third meeting tonight. Tell your son that he looks very Presidential!

Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog and for following me!

God bless!

Love it. I think it is awesome that he thinks he really might be president someday. You never know, he actually just might. We all have to have goals & it's impressive that at so young he has aleady set his goals so high. This young man will probably go a long way with your continued support!!
