Singing for the King

Happy Monday! We had a very busy weekend so I thought I would share the loveliest part.
J is part of the kids' choir at church.
On Saturday the group went to a local senior center to perform. They did such great job.

It didn't start out so lovely...
From across the room I found what I thought would be the perfect seat to get pictures of J doin her thang. So I excitedly ran over and plopped down only to find this...


Really Judy?!

Ok, so I panicked for a second, but c'mon, how could you be mad at Judy? She is so cute! I have now decided that if I am ever in need of a wheelchair I will be getting a license plate with my name on it. And possibly some rhinestones.

I had to be one of those pushy moms who goes up and sits in the front on the floor, but I did get some good pictures.

Here she is singing her little heart out.





I loved watching these kids spread the gospel message and have conversation with the elderly folks that came to watch them.

We topped off the afternoon with an ice cream date which she was very excited about.
